{"id":13346,"date":"2023-09-14T16:30:10","date_gmt":"2023-09-14T14:30:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fierapordenone.it\/segnalazioni-whistelblowing\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T15:23:18","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T14:23:18","slug":"whistleblowing-reporting","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.fierapordenone.it\/en\/whistleblowing-reporting\/","title":{"rendered":"Whistleblowing reporting"},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"wpb-content-wrapper\"><p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Pordenone Fiere S.p.A. grants the opportunity for employees, collaborators, business partners, suppliers and other subjects to report possible irregularities committed by other subjects belonging to the organization, which may seriously threaten the reputation of the company itself.<\/p>\n<p>The aim is to allow the Company to address the reported problem as soon as possible, making known situations of risk or damage and thus contributing to the prevention and fight against any illicit activities.<\/p>\n<p>Through appropriate channels and methods that guarantee protection and confidentiality to the whistleblower, all stakeholders can thus contribute to fighting illicit behaviour and spreading the culture of ethics and legality.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOW TO REPORT AND TO WHOM<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Anyone who becomes directly aware, by virtue of their work activities, of any anomalies, serious irregularities or violations of the Organizational Model and the Code of Ethics of Pordenone Fiere, can file a report \u2013 even anonymously \u2013 to the Supervisory Body through these channels:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Email: odv@fierapordenone.it (address readable only by external members of the Supervisory Body)<\/li>\n<li>Ordinary mail: to the address \u2013 President of the Supervisory Body C\/O Fiera di Pordenone Viale Treviso 1 33170 Pordenone.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The report will be handled confidentially by the Supervisory Body, which is required not to reveal the identity of the reporting party without their consent. Any personal data present is processed in compliance with the Privacy legislation in force and retained for the period of time strictly necessary for managing the report.<\/p>\n<p>Reports cannot be based on \u201cmere\u201d rumours or hearsay, but must contain detailed information, useful for ascertaining the validity of the reported facts, so as to allow the Company to proceed with all the necessary checks.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROTECTION OF THE REPORTER<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The report is handled with the utmost confidentiality, according to the methods indicated in the specific Procedure and the identity of the reporter, when declared by him\/herself, is not revealed without his\/her consent, without prejudice to legal obligations.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, any retaliatory or discriminatory act against the reporter for reasons directly or indirectly connected to the report is prohibited and disciplinary sanctions are foreseen for anyone who violates the measures to protect the reporter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PROTECTION OF THE REPORTED PERSON<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The reported person cannot be subject to whatsoever disciplinary sanctions when based on what the reporting person has stated, without there being objective evidence and without an investigation into the facts reported.<\/p>\n<p>Any report made in bad faith, in an opportunistic manner, as well as unfounded reports made with gross negligence, is also a source of liability, in disciplinary proceedings and in other competent venues.[\/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=&#8221;Privacy whistleblowing&#8221; style=&#8221;classic&#8221; color=&#8221;primary&#8221; i_icon_fontawesome=&#8221;fa fa-regular fa-file-pdf&#8221; css=&#8221;&#8221; add_icon=&#8221;true&#8221; link=&#8221;url:https%3A%2F%2Fwww.fierapordenone.it%2Fnew%2Fwp-content%2Fuploads%2F2024%2F12%2Fpordenonefiere-privacy-whistleblowing.pdf|target:_blank&#8221;][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text css=&#8221;&#8221;]Pordenone Fiere S.p.A. grants the opportunity for employees, collaborators, business partners, suppliers and other subjects to report possible irregularities committed by other subjects belonging to the organization, which may seriously threaten the reputation of the company itself.
