AquaFishery is the new topic area dedicated to artisanal and professional fishing, which will be co-located with AquaFarm next February 18-19, 2026 at the Pordenone Exhibition Centre.

An event dedicated to the artisanal and professional fishing industry, created to enhance the value of the sea and inland water supply chains, promote innovation and support the sustainable growth of the fishing industry.

AquaFishery is a national and international hub for companies, institutions, trade associations and players in the industry: a place where fishing traditions are mapping out a new path towards the future of the industry.

The event aims to:

1. promote small-scale and professional fishing at national and international level
2. encourage discussion and exchange between operators, institutions and trade associations
3. create business and networking opportunities for companies and operators in the industry
4. raise awareness of key issues such as sustainability, innovation and legislation
5. encourage training and generational change, promoting the digitalisation of fleets
6. strengthen food sovereignty, reducing dependence on imports and promoting local consumption
