Safe Exhibitions

The health and safety of our exhibitors and visitors, our foremost concern: this is the touchstone for every anti-infection measure defined in the SAFE EXHIBITIONS plan for the resumption of trade fair activities.

The plan is a well defined and codified set of actions and the result of intense teamwork. In implementing all AEFI (Italian Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Association) guidelines – and given legal force by the Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers of 14 July 2020 – we established a procedure for their application that not only ensures maximum health security without burdening or unduly complicating exhibitors’ and visitors’ participation but also seizes this occasion as an opportunity to complete the digitalization processes underway.

Ample physical space and guaranteed social distancing

The physical space of the exhibition centre – covered and uncovered – is extensive enough to easily guarantee social distancing in every situation without having to make radical changes to its layout or limiting its deployment.
